I'm not a Beatles fan...their music was okay...so I probably didn't get the same vibe that some people get. That said...the bar staff were fine...the beer was good and the overall experience was above average. I visited whilst it was a quiet Tuesday with no...More
Excellent live music pub and yes, there's more than just Beatles tribute bands! Excellent Rock, Pop, Blues & Soul from local acts. And some of them play Beatles too. Great atmosphere and an appreciative, apparently knowledgeable crowd. Free entry too.

Visited here on a Saturday night as entry was free and they had a live band playing. Great atmosphere inside, music was excellent and very entertaining. Nice mixed crowd. Quirky place with band memorabilia and cheap drinks.
Visited here twice during our weekend break and must say thought it was brill, great live acts, good atmosphere, pleasant staff, decent selection and priced drinks, lots of photos and exhibits scattered around.
A must visit!

I do not think and have never seen anybody under 16 at night. Saturday afternoons are very good and have been there many times with live music starting about 2.30pm. At night there is also live music
