    Beautiful Sefton Park
Beautiful park any day of the year. So much to see, it would take a good 5 hours minimum to walk around most of the park, down the paths and see all the stature, water features, monuments, palm house, cafes, band stand....a park that takes you away from the city and into a green oasis. 5 stars all round. So beautiful

    Wonderful area of green
An extensive green space it is haven of sylvan relaxation. A fine lake breaks up the green and it was grand strolling by it. A wonderful Palm House is the first rate attraction. Around it are numerous sculptures, including a Goat and Kid and Peter Pan. The Eros Fountain is another fine art work.

    Wow!
We'd never been here before and thought it was wonderful. Great to see so many people enjoying the sunshine, there's plenty of room for everyone. The palm house is wonderful. Never seen a better park in England. Only disappointment - none of o the cafes serves scouse!

We’ve been to Liverpool loads and never visited here. We’re so glad we made it this time! It’s a gorgeous place to while away a few hours. Clean, spacious and with a beautiful botanical garden. It’s a shame the boats weren’t open (Covid, we assume) but it was lovely to sit around the lake and watch the ducks and swans. We enjoyed the grotto and fairy garden. Do visit this park, it’s gorgeous and a lovely space to find in a busy city.

Visited this park recently for the first time over the Easter weekend. Its a fabulous park and open space and a real treasure for the merseyside area. Unfortunately, like so many municipal parks, it has been let go a little and is in need of some TLC. /there are no planted out flower beds, the fountain near the cafe doesn't work, there are some signs of small scale vandalism etc. Its a great shame and its up to the local authority and local people to look after this great asset.

This is a lovely big park with a huge lake, lots of wildlife. There is a cafe which sells all different kinds of ice-creams, sweet treats and coffee. There is also a good sized play area for children. Lots of little pathways to explore..

The park is home to a large lake, which is supposed to be a major attraction. However, the lake was dirty and full of algae. There were also a lot of geese and ducks, which were pooping all over the place.

The park is also very crowded, especially on weekends. It is difficult to find a quiet spot to relax, and there are always people littering and making noise.

The park is not very well-maintained. The pathways are cracked and uneven, and the flowerbeds are overgrown. There are also a lot of graffiti and litter around.

Beautiful spaces, plenty of free parking, clean and very child friendly. Nice people there with a very friendly atmosphere. Plenty of beautiful areas to explore with our 2, 3 and 4 year olds.
The Palm House and surrounding gardens were stunning and there was a beautiful cafe and ice cream shop nearby. Our children loved the huge play area and we enjoyed it so much, we're returning next week!
