The Magical Mystery Tour is Liverpool's original Beatles tour which takes you on an entertaining journey to the places where John, Paul, George and Ringo lived, met and hung out as they formed the band that took the pop world by storm. See the places that inspired songs such as Penny Lane and Strawberry Field, stand outside the houses where they lived and enjoy plenty of Fab Four tunes along the way. The tour finishes with a visit to the world famous Cavern Club where The Beatles played 292 times. This is the only tour to give you free general admission to the Cavern after your tour. Private tailor-made tours can also be arranged for your group in the Magical Mystery Tour people-carrier, minibus or coach! Translations of the tour commentary are available in French, German, Italian and Spanish.

This is the second time doing this tour. The first time was for my sixtieth with all my family and this week with me and my sister. It was great as we had the same guide Tony and the use of the small minibus. This tour is just simply excellent and Tony was a wonderful guide and so knowledgeable and... More

OMG so much information, when they born, where they lived, what happened, how they met - its all here. Stay focused. There is so much info that you can just blank out over it all. Sit at the front of the bus if you can. There were road works at Penny Lane but can't help that. Keep your ticket as... More

Excellent trip. An opportunity to see so many iconic Beatles locations and places of interests all in one go. Informative commentary and reasonably comfortable coach. Highly recommended if you're in Liverpool and arguably worth a journey for!

We did the Magical Mystery Beatles tour in Liverpool. It was absolutely fantastic. Our guide Joe Johnson was superb. The tour covers all 4 Beatles childhood homes, the church hall where John & Paul met in '57, Penny Lane, Strawberry Fields, Empire Theatre (where the Fab 4 played their last Liverpool show in Dec '65), & of course the Cavern... Fantastic tour ,this was my second time on this tour and loved every minute of it once again. Our tour guide Tony was fab and his knowledge of The Beatles was outstanding and so was his wit . It was well worth the £16.95 would definitely recommend this tour to my friends .Thankyou for a great experience.

My dad, sister, and I enjoyed this tour. The guide was witty and knowledgeable; the driver also did a great job driving us around. I thought it struck a nice balance between letting us see the sights but also respected that these places are private property with neighbors.

Really disappointed with this tour. We just done the 4pm Friday tour which involved sitting in horrendous traffic. I don't blame them for traffic of course but without the traffic the tour should have been done in an hour and then that isn't worth 17quid each. If they can't avoid the traffic then don't do the 4pm. The tour is... More

I feel this tour is overpriced for what it is. You pay £16.95 per person and then they have the cheek to ask you for £3 more while you are trapped on the bus for a leaflet which should be free for that price. When you actually go on the tour, you feel that you are hiding and sneaking around... More

I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your time on the Magical Mystery Tour. The homes where the Beatles grew up are located in working communities and some are even personally occupied by families so we work very hard to get the right balance with the community whereby visitors are allowed to see the homes etc. without invading the privacy...
