The best building in Everton, it looks great at night with it's blue lights on, I'd love to jump over the wall and go for a swim in the reservoir, they should turn it into an open swimming pool!

sadly when I was in the local hospital for 9 months my window looked out onto the water tower as I had a leg amputation the memories weren't pleasant
