This was a favorite hang-out for the Beatles and many other rock bands, which also served as a safe haven from their screaming teenage fans.

Called in for a drink after seeing Earth Wind and Fire in concert. We had a good craic, American Beatles fan on a pilgrimage , and the band that had just played the Cavern Club across the road. We also had a few gins well quite a few. Good night.

Well this is where one meets everyone who is anyone. This is where the Beatles sat after the Cavern. Full of fantastic characters. Sam Leach sits here as well(The Beatles promoter 1 st promoter) The service is great as is the banter in here. A wonderful pub. Recommended to anyone.

A pub on Mathew street with karaoke and cheap drinks! It was really busy and had a fun atmosphere, could do with a bit of a refurb, but it's famous for its location and Beatles connection.

We visited here two nights on the trot. Both nights there was Live music and many diffrent artists, which was great to have a variety! The atmosphere was good but like nearly all the pubs the locals make it great and friendly.

Horrible little dingy pub, you have to run the gauntlet of 4 menacing bouncers on way in, if they don't like the look of you, you're not coming in! Beer ok, served by half interested bar staff, The worst thing about this run down pub is the men's toilet, full of flys, urine on the floor, no soap, no running... More

We popped in here after leaving the Cavern Pub. As we walked in we were greeted by the locals and live music was being played (this was 23.45). The drinks were decently priced and were served well. Would have loved to spend a lot longer in there than we did (we were told it was opening until 4am) but sadly... More

There are so many better pubs in Liverpool city centre for a decent drink. It is best left to Karaoke fans with no taste buds.

Beatles fans should definitely come here for a drink because of it's links to the group. It's a nice little pub which has a small beer garden at the back. The bar staff are friendly and there's a good selection of beers on tap. I enjoyed my time here and so will you.

A very lively pub famous for its links with The Beatles. Good beer and a great atmosphere make this a place to visit on a Friday evening.
