Lovely part of Liverpool to spend an hour or two in the sun, browse the shops, grab an ice cream and just enjoy people watching. Takes about 10 minutes to walk here from the city centre.

Visit the Quays for the Easter weekend, beautiful weather. Loads to enjoy here and our hotel was just across the road. Museum free to enter with added john and uko exhibition. A quick hour or so, git some good history stuff.

There's a host of cafes, museums and important landmarks in this area, the city's original shipping yard. An absolute must if you're in Liverpool.
