Liverpool ONE has lots of shops ranging from designer to causal everyday shops. We had a great time looking around at all of the stores but with bad weather it could become an issue as it is not a closed roof shopping centre. Has lots of bars and restaurants to explore nearby.

What a massive selection of shops very nicely laid out! Our feet took some punishment though as did the bank cards but it was worth it with so much variety, lovely cafes and restaurants surrounding it and quite exclusive shops like the lindt pick n mix and a brill Waterstones with lovely cafe. Something for everyone and always felt safe even at night. Toilets are 30p exact change tho. Just so you know lol

Liverpool One area is spread out over a large area in the City Centre - from Lord Street to Hanover Street.
Main part is only partly undercover and a large shopping mall on a number of different levels.
Has large department stores ( John Lewis and Debenhams) to smaller outlets and numerous chain smaller shops.
Also has a cinema in this complex.
On the top level / terrace area at the back overlooks Chevas Park and views towards the Albert Dock area - on this level there are a number of eateries ( mostly chains) with both indoor and outdoor seating.
From the main paradise steet area on ground level you can walk through on pedestrian paved roads towards Hanover Street area passing numerous various other chains/shops - Radley/ Monsoon etc
Lots of choice to eat in the Liverpool One area and something to suit most budgets from cafes to restaurants and just 5 minutes stroll from Cavern Walks area
Looks fab at Chritmas with the lights up.

After just a few years absence, I recently re-visited the much-hyped Liverpool One. I still can't see what all the fuss was about ! Sad to see that years later, the designers/architects have still neglected to install a roof ! Many of the escalators were not functioning and, to be honest, it was just like shopping in a street, with the same old homogenised stores in evidence. And the car parking costs !!!!!!! I parked in the 'Q Liverpool John Lewis' car park for just over two hours; this cost me £8.80 !!!! As I stated a few years back, when the idea for Liverpool One was first conspired, it was supposed to encourage more shoppers to come into the city centre rather than just going to the out of town retail parks. Well, when it costs £8.80 to park your car for just over two hours, how is this supposed to attract punters !!!!!!!

Badly designed shopping centre.
Very expensive car park
Very dirty lifts
NO roof….. do not go this time of year you will get wet if it rains and blown everywhere if there is a breeze.
Very unsafe place
The floor in parts is metal therefore very slippery when it rained.
No where to get shelter apart from the shops.

Food outlet choices…. Majority are chains and are very over priced

Manchester is not far away. The Trafford centre has free parking and a roof

Liverpool 1 is great for the city of Liverpool.
But Qpark isa rip off .don't pay by contactless payments or they let you in and don't let you out until you press the emergency button and then charge you £8.80 for 40 minutes parking.

Dale street car park- if you don’t take a ticket and pay on your card you pay rip off prices, treble they price we were supposed to pay as staying at local apartment. Awful customer service, didn’t mute me on a phone call, could hear every word. Signage very poor, does not indicate you must take a ticket to then use follow up ticket on way our. Rip off company.

I called into the Apple store Liverpool 1 today but told the assistant my wife bought a new phone last Friday. I explained that in August 2019 my wife had purchased a new ipad and iphone. She had taken a Apple Care package on the ipad, all I wanted to know was, had she taken a similar package on the iphone as this was now faulty.

Despite me trying to explain again all I wanted to know was the iphone on an Apple care package he dodge the issue. I asked could he tell me the serial no. of the iphone so I could check this myself. He said "No". So you have a situation were a company cannot go into their system and tell the serial number of a mobile phone number a customer purchased in August 2019

Liverpool ONE is a great modern place to go. It was amazing there and you could never get bored. The problem I have with it is that the lifts are quite co fusing and in my family of four it costs £1.20 to go to the toilet - 30p for 1 person

A really nice and interesting shopping centre as it is outdoor. That said it might be different on a typical British rainy day. Today was a scorcher!!
Plenty of people taking advantage of the outdoor space. Not too crowded and plenty of shops, admittedly they are the same shols in every other shopping centre.

Trafford centre is normally our thing but this was a much needed and welcome change.

The parking is a little steep at £14 for four hours, this is what lost it's 5th star and it's one thing that would put me off.
