So, the swan Inn, what can I say about this pub? Well, I have been drinking there for many, many years socially. It is considered as a rock/metal/biker bar, situated in the centre of Liverpool, close to bold street and Liverpool central station, and is...More

The Swan Inn on Wood Street holds a special place in my heart. Back in the 1990’s when I was a student with a staggering array of Pink Floyd t-shirts, my then girlfriend (now wife) and I used to spend a lot of time on...More

This is a funny little bar tucked away in a side street. It's full of rockers and bikers and is a bit dark inside. When we queried the various beers on offer, the lady behind the bar was more than glad to offer us tastings...More

With a fully stocked jukebox and a late bar, this definitely attracts people! Couldn’t help but feel as if some drinks were over-priced, and some of the bar staff could use a personality upgrade!

A pub that refuses to compromise thankfully - a varied range of quality ales and a jukebox that features classic rock. Don't go to the Swan looking for trendy lagers and Olly Murrs!

Started our pub crawl in this old fashioned pub, it helps if you like heavy metal music as that's what is on the juke box. Had a couple of drinks and moved on.

If you love your rock/punk/metal etc and want to go on a night out or go for drink, this definitely one place to go. They have 3 floors, 2 jukeboxes blasting the best tunes.

Called in here with a friend without knowing anything about it. It is a traditional pub with good beer frequented by rockers who make you feel that you are back in the 60's or 70's. It was a really good atmosphere and quite unexpected in...More
