Car parking's a pain, we visited on a busy Sunday morning; I'd advise you park on the opposite side of the road to the main entrance and use the crossing to get back into the park. Once in, the paths are good for a winter...More

Hartsholme Country Park is such a gorgeous little park. You’ve got nice walking trails surrounded by tall trees and lakes. You wouldn’t believe this is right by a main road as you can barely notice the noise of the traffic. The park also has a...More

I went there on a rainy day and walked for an hour. It is a nice park to go for a walk. There is a cafe and toilets which i find very useful.

Enjoyed the park and play area. We hoped to get some nice food and enjoy a hot drink at the cafe but it was uninspiring to say the least. More greasy spoon than nice park cafe experience. A smile might have made things better but...More

A lot of the park is a nature reserve, plus the children's play area where they have to be kept on leads. But there is plenty of space around the main lakes and woods where they can be free.
