Sited on the University of Lincoln campus the venue is run by the Students' Union trading company Lincoln Students' Union Trading Ltd. Built inside Lincoln's previously derelict railway engine shed the venue is one of the most versatile in the county. With a full standing capacity of over 1800 the space can be utilised for a multitude of requirements. It is ideal to host a formal dinner and dance, seating up to 500 people with an array of catering options available. As the venue continues to expand its reputation as a bastion of live music why not take advantage of the entertainment and event solutions available. Exhibitions and fayres fit right at home as the venue provides a large square footage, whist the 600 to 800 capacity rowed seating provides the perfect space for staff briefing and team building initiatives. The venue can also be split to provide two smaller spaces of which one or both can be used. Private functions, weddings, family occasions and staff parties can be fully catered for by the Engine Shed and its team of event professionals. The venue offers a wide range of additional provisions and services for your event. These include: DJs,Bands and entertainment ranging from magicians to celebrity speakers, balloon modellers to chocolate fountains and much more including decorations, table displays, flowers and redcarpets.

Excellent all round evening, nothing but praise. Liked the fact you could take a drink back to the seating area and enjoy a drink watchig the funniest female in the UK. Will definitely return when something else is on that we fancy.
