The staff at the Visitor Infomation Center is always so helpful. No matter how many times I've been to Lincoln, I always make sure to stop in and pick up a few cards, or souvenirs.

We were provided with details of the bus that saves you walking up and down Steep Hill. They gave us a map and explained where the bus stops were and the changes due to road works. Lots of information available and staff very helpful.

We used their website to book online tickets for the cathedral and castle which is worth investigating if you are spending more than a day in Lincoln as they offer free second visits. The centre is located at the top is Steep Hill and is located in a beautiful building in its own right. The staff are helpful and efficient... More

Great location in between the castle walls and the cathedral. But if you have got this far, you've seen the main attractions in Lincoln city centre so probably don't need the tourist info. The building is very striking and, even though we did not need any more help for sightseeing, the building drew us in to explore - and we... More

This is one of two information centres in Lincoln (the High and the Low). This is at the top of Steep Hill and between the Castle and the Cathedral so very handily placed for the main attractions and the historic city centre. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and answered our questions helpfully.

A very helpful and friendly office/shop where the staff are friendly and efficient. Most of your queries can be sorted with a quick visit. Also, some very nice souvenirs to be had to remember your visit to Lincoln.
