We have been on a number of ghost tours in various cities so feel we have a number to compare too. While the guide really knew his stuff, there wasn't any scene setting to really tie you into the stories. There was also probably too many stories particularly in single spots so a lot of standing around and easy to... More

We thought that it would be good to do the Ghost Walk on Halloween. The lady who did the tour was very good and knowledgeable and easy to hear. The tour took you around the cathedral with a number of stops to recount the ghostly tales and at £5 each it was good value. It was nice to go back... More

Thought we'd try this ghost walk as we had done a similar walk in york. We found it to be very intesting to listen to the storys of highway men and victims of the black death. Would recommend you give this a try well worth £5 each!

Went with my sister as we thought it would be good, and we were not disappointed. The lady who was our guide was very informative and told the stories brilliantly.

Only a fiver for just over an hours walk, you don't go too far- just around the cathedral and Bailgate but we stopped quite few times for a number of tales and folklore. I'd still recommend comfy shoes though and definitely bring a camera for the orbs! The stories aren't too gory or scary and there was a couple of... More

Small group of folk who had a fun time listening to the stories recited with great theatrical aplomb. Great fun

What a fun, enjoyable and informative walk around the Cathedral area hearing all the ghostly goings on over the years. So well told! Thank you!, It really did put a different perspective on the City! Loved the thought of heads bouncing down hills and Roman Soldiers marching up hill at the old pavement levels. A great evening out amongst the Pokeman... More

We took part in the ghost walk just last night (28/7/16) and from start to finish it was superb. We took in all around the Cathedral and some allys even I did not know where there. The guide was simply brilliant and told her stories with just the right amount of drama and enthraulment. All the people in the group,... More
