good area for walking accessible from wheelchair all around centre and lakes, good ground as well so generally easy to push around. cafe and disabled toilets good access, though disabled toilet a little narrow

Whatever the weather, Whisby is perfect for a visit with little ones. Lovely walks and wildlife to see-hides to sit quietly (or not) in- great indoor play area -fabulous sand pit and water play area-all topped off by a family friendly cafe. Perfect!

Great views, great walks. Bird watching . Excellent value for money. Loads of scenic walks. Bird hides, gift shop, excellent cafe catering for gluten free. Car parking only £1 low season and £2 high season. Great value for money. Highly recommend a visit.

Whisby is a beautiful place to walk, plenty of woodland and wildlife. There is designated off lead routes for dogs, which is perfect! I'm not sure if you can take dogs inside the centre, where the food and stuff is - but there are tables...More

Dogs are very welcome here. There is a small walk where they can go off lead too, but most other walks are on lead to protect wildlife.
