This spa is absolutely gorgeous and is located in a central position of Lincoln. I booked a full body massage at Le Sanctuaire as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday. When we arrived at the spa, the staff were extremely accommodating. The massage we received was very relaxing and the spa is very beautiful, unique and comfortable. When we visit Lincoln again, we will definitely be visiting again. Sharon

Me and my mum came into the spa last week to try a new facial offer that was on, it was our first time in the spa and we was certainly looked after. From arriving into the spa to the beautiful facial that I received, we both brought products but not because the therapist was pushy ( because they wasn’t ) we brought because the lady who performed my treatment and advised us both on amazing aftercare made us feel we could really trust her advice. I have stated using the day cream and already see the difference the spa is lovely a clean and we now really want to try the spa . Thank you for making my mums birthday treat really special love the new facial

I recently visited to get my nails done, once by Fiona and the other by Soma... both amazing!! They often have nail deals too, so they were a bargain. I also got a top up of products on their VAT free Wednesday which was so great!

Myself and 2 friends booked for the spa taster session for 31st August at £45 each(now up to £55!) and were excited as it included a "welcome drink" massage and 2 hours use of the "spa facilities". On arrival we were taken to a room to fill in a form and asked what we would like to drink....tea, coffee or flavoured water? We were a little disappointed as we were expecting a glass of prosecco or something a little more exciting. We ordered coffee...how many sugars etc? So it wasnt even nicely presented on a tray just 3 giant basic cups of coffee with no saucers were brought to us.We were then shown around the "spa" which consisted of a confusing up and down stairs mess of a changing room, a relaxation room, a small sauna, a shower room and the outside hot tub. We were shown to the changing room and given some rather faded battered robes and a small towel each. We then went out to the hot tub, there was a couple of dirty cups in the corner next to it and leaves floating in it. On getting in the hot tub avoiding slipping on the slimy wood steps, it was extremely hot so (it was not a very hot day) so we couldn't stay in there very long and ended up perching on the seats around it uncomfortably in our robes as we were aware we were very wet. We were told they couldn't adjust the temperature as it would take such a long time to cool down anyway, no apology was made for the fact that it was too hot for any of us to sit in. Each of us in turn went up for our 15 minute massages which were excellent and the girl who did them was lovely. After we had all had our massages 2 of us decided to try out the sauna, it was lucky a 3rd person wasnt there as it was very small and barely hot at all and really a waste of time. After this we decided to get ready to leave. In the shower room there was 2 showers, both with see through basic plastic doors so no privacy, the shower gel was perched on the floor in a dispenser that didn't work and the shampoo was perched elsewhere and there was no conditioner...not really what you expect from a "spa"? We were all in the communal changing rooms getting dressed when one of the ladies just walked straight in to collect our towels and robes. No thought or respect was given to our privacy and although it hadn't even been 2 hours we felt rushed and pressured to leave. When we paid at the counter the lady who we presume is the owner made quite a big deal about how as we had booked when the price was £45 even though it had now gone up to £55 she was going to honour it....erm yes of course you are! We were then given "gifts" of 2 tiny little clarins free samples which were made quite a grand gesture of! I'm sorry to slate a small independent business but if you are going to call yourself a "spa" I am afraid you are going to be compared to the likes of Eden Hall! Yes they are more expensive but in comparison....there is no comparison! And exclusive access? There isn't room for more than 2/3 people? This is a massage with a hot tub waiting area...end of.

We visited for my hen weekend, there were 12 of us and we were treated beautifully by Karen and her girls, hot tub terrace, bubbles and massages all round. Who would know this gem of a place is in the middle of the old town. Definitely worth a second or even third visit, Thank You Karen.
