No masks or social distancing
Jun 2021
*review below was written in June 2021. I decided to go back to give it another chance in February 2022 but their standards around hygiene seem even worse than before! We arrived at 10am and were the first ones there. As soon as I took my son into the play area, there was a half empty fruit shoot in the middle of the floor by the ball pit. I took him into the projector room and there was a scrunched up snotty tissue in the middle of the floor. They clearly don’t bother to do ANY cleaning in this place at the end or start of the day.* I visited today with my son for the first time. It was good value and there was plenty for him to do. The food was well priced and had a decent variety. Their website says there’s extra safety measures in place but there was absolutely nothing. I was the only customer in there wearing a mask. All staff had them on (apart from one lady behind the counter of the cafe which is probably the worst place to not be wearing one). The tables and chairs are all placed very close together. No measures for social distancing or mask wearing. No temperature checks. Nothing. We were there at 10am when it opened and I went straight onto the equipment with my son. There was stray hairs and what looked like patches of dried juice on some of the areas which makes me question if it had been cleaned recently. It was a good place for kids but I sadly wouldn’t feel safe to return anytime soon as it felt very risky and covid not taken seriously. The website also said there would be arts and crafts on today but there wasn’t any activities.

I have been here a few time with friends and their children and also with my child.
Its a nice spacious area for the toddlers to play in. I do question the hygiene and cleaniness as ive usually arrived at the opening times hoping it would be quiter and cleaner but this was not the case

I saw children's snacks in the slide area and hair strands...not sure how often or whether this place cleaned at all.

I also went to order some food at the cafe and the service was shocking. The lady behind the counter didn't even acknowledge that i was there and continued having her conversation about a random topic that i cant even remember. She then dropped the picker on the floor for the biscuits and used it to collect a biscuit for the order i had placed!!! This is basic hygiene not even being implemented. I don't even want to know what goes on behind closed doors if that's the sort of hygiene they think is acceptable

We've been there many times as there's not much choice here. It serves purpose & the staff are VERY helpful & polite. Its become a bit pricy and the food portions are super small & definitely over priced which was informed to staff after my order. They have a prater place which allows prevents any hesitations to go. It was nice to see staff praying which shows staff are treated well in a working environment.

We have been coming here for a few years as it's my lads favorirlte Leicester indoor play area, it's great value for money and has a nice feel to it. We were so happy to find they are reopen after lockdown that we came 2 days in a row. There was a small wait time due to current capacity restrictions but this was no problem and to be expected. Most places get round this with a booking system but it is usually a spur of the moment (the kid is trashing the house) situation when we want to go out & everywhere is booked up, so I love that we can just turn up! We sat in the car playing eye spy and they fetched us when ready. Inside, we were reminded to log our car for free parking, thanked for waiting and shown to a seat. (To ensure social distancing). The staff are all really polite and friendly and were constantly spraying and wiping things down. The only thing I would like to see inprove is the wait time when queueing for food/drinks but a really awesome place.

Although soft play centres are required by law to enforce mask wearing by adults, it’s only a “recommendation” here and I only saw one other adult wearing a mask in a pretty crowded venue. I didn’t see any cleaning going on while we were there either- of tables, or the paid sit-on rides. The toilets weren’t very clean either. Made me feel pretty anxious and reluctant to return soon.

It's not located at a good place & the food is not good at all. Hygiene is not upto the standard. I am worried about kids going here. Parking is also limited. Once I got a parking notice by parking in their premises, even though they said the parking was at a right place.

I did my work experience at this play centre and I had an amazing week there. I wish I could write about more of this place but there's a character limit so I'll keep it short. The work environment was calm, except for the weekends when it's busy. The staff were really nice, the food was good and I learnt some things as well. I had confidence while working at the play centre, and if I had a choice to work there I would definitely do it.

Went with my family and other family friends.
We were attacked by a women just because her table was too close to ours and she was frustrated with all kids going pass by her chair.
She threw HOT BOILING water at my little daughter n husband while I had gone to ask for help from those teenage staff onsite. Only 1 guys was onsite who I didn't feel that had any training of how to handle situations like this. He was more concerned of protecting him than anyone else on site.

Kids and other families were terrified watching her hitting my husband while shocked and standing back. She attacked at us 3 times even when I was holding a little child in my hand. We caleed the police and she ran away from the building.
I could just hear little kids screaming, crying and many were terrified onsite. My Kids have not had sleep al night and they are constantly asking if the women is going to come back and kill us?

The guy onsite was not c-operative at all during this incident.

Before we arrived onsite....
1. Car Park was full chock block
2. The place was full of crowd with no policy of how many visitors or families can be at this place at one time. So come in as Many as you can whether you can get any car park, tables or your kids stand in queue for turns etc it just didn't matter.
3. Waited for a table to be free and we sat down it, We waited for the food to come and started eating our food. This women must have come to sit there after us as I cant remember her being there before I selected this table. These table and chairs could be moved around so she could easily move her table slightly away from any table that she had problems with sitting next to. I even requested her to calm down politely as we all come to placed like these to enjoy not argue at anyone. Shocking thing was that she suddently threw water at us when all the discussion had been finished about kids going pass by her chair.

Waited for food for ages, then asked where it was for them to say oh we have no jackets left so weve just put more in your food will be at least another 20 mins,so cancelled the jacket but wanted babies food still as well as the panini with a waffle, waited another 20 minutes for the food to come out freezing cold pizza and waffle not even cooked, by this time the 13 month old.baby is really hungry and upset of waiting, went and spoke to the owner for him to laugh at me give the poorest attitude ive ever received from a owner of a place before. I demanded a refund which he umed and ared about! So many people around were complaining too about their food being cold and un cooked, he has got all young girls working in the kitchen bet none of them have hygiene certificates, maybe a call to EHO is needed, also half the cooking machinary isnt working and that was his poor excuse to why the stuff was coming out cold! In that case close the kitchen!!!! There is one lady who works there absolutely lovely, trying to keep an eye on the soft play areas then having to deal with all these kitchen complaints, she is fab the only decent member of staff there who genuinely cares about the customers,
