Was in town and fancied beer and food. Stumbled across Brewdog. Whilst they didn’t have the table space we wanted they found a space for us and, when the space we wanted was free, they told us and moved us. Beer was lovely, food was excellent, hot and tasty and awesome service from Grace.

If you haven’t been, get yourself down there. They’re all so lovely

Visited here on Friday whilst visiting Leicester for a pre arranged weekend away.

As we were having our beer (fantastic btw) the country went into lockdown. Shout out to our fantastic bartender, she continued to allow us to have one or two more pints whilst she closed down.

Great decor and excellent service, will 100% be coming back to visit when we visit Leicester after lockdown

I have recently started using the brew dog but had a very bad experience on Saturday afternoon around 3 pm. I had been sitting at the bar with an empty glass and showed patience as the one Bar staff on duty a young man served others who had entered the bar after my glass had become empty. I eventually made contact with him and requested a re fill. He then decided to tell me he would serve me next and serve another young man who has just entered. As I am over 50 all I can think is this bar does not welcome older people. I left.

Don't waste your time even crossing the threshold . Staff are up themselves and the beers overpriced and mediocre at best. Waste of ground space.

I'm really into my beers so I thought this would be a good place to visit, I don't feel that way after visiting. My partner was waiting at the bar for a long time, this wasn't really a problem until the bartender decided to serve various women that just arrived at the bar rather than people that were already waiting. My partner says the guy actually watched them approach the bar and jumped to serve them (so it's not where sometimes you don't see who arrived first) . So we were left waiting for quite some time. The beers we tried, really wernt to our taste and smelled/tasted very chemically. I really didn't want to finish it but it cost £4+ and my partners cost £3+ for a third of a pint. I've never disliked a pint of beer so much in my life and I come from a family of pub owners and brewers. I'm all for craft beers but paying that much to not be served fairly, a chemically tasting beer and to drink it on a sticky table. Sorry but I'll have to pass on visiting this place again.

Hi, Thanks for you review, we do apologise for your wait at the bar. A lot of our beers aren't for everyone that's why we offer tasters of all of our draught beers so that we can tailor your choices so that you can get a beer that best suits your taste. Did this happen upon your visit? Also did you inform our bar team of the 'chemical' tasting beer? We pride ourselves on our beer quality and the way we keep and serve our beer. The beers that we do sell are expensive but in our eyes are well worth the money, so if anything is remotely wrong with any of the beers that we serve we will always endeavour to resolve any issue as soon as possible. Any further feedback would be greatly appreciated as we are always striving to improve our service and the experience of our guests. Kind Regards Ollie Assistant Manager

Never ever paid so much for a glass of wine in the country. My partner’s beer was usual prince but nothing out of the ordinary.
Not a particularly attractive environment and very stuffy in the upstairs room.

This is not a pub/bar. It's a Beer Experience Theme Park. You can even buy overpriced merch, to match the overpriced beer.

Hi Steven, Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your time with us. Due to the nature of production for the products we serve this can affect the prices, however this is reflected in the beer quality. If you wanted to pop down again please contact the bar to book one of our free Bar Stool Beer Schools, where our Cicerone trained staff can take you through some of our beers. Went here on a weekday so it was very quiet, good amenities within such as ps2 and N64 (without Goldeneye as it had been stolen but has probably since been replaced fortunately!), pinball machine and a good Pool room with 2 tables

As ever with Brewdog the drink selection is incredible and you will be in no short supply to find something you like especially with the 4x 1/4 pint flights they offer

Me and the other half come here regularly with friends. Amazing beers on tap with a regular rotation ranging from fruity lambics, tasty pilsners and all the other crafty delicacies!

Keep an eye out for Weihenstephaner Weiss which makes a regular occurrence as a guest beer on tap, it’s the best wheat beer I’ve tasted other than Stary Browar Rzeszowski’s (PL) own wheat brew!

Chilled alternative atmosphere with friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent music!

Free pool before 5pm and fun quizzes... what else could you ask for?! 🍺🍺
