Visited here many times. It's small and friendly. The onsite cafe is quite pricey but admission to the farm and the animal food is very reasonable. Because it's only small, you'll struggle to spend a day here, but to pass an hour or two for a couple of quid, you can't knock it.

A really nice local Farm Park lovingly managed by a dedicated team of friendly staff and volunteers. Nice spaces for walking, playing and picnicking. There are lots of animals to feed and pet, and educational information on listening posts. Good walks around the Farm too. Look out for organised craft activities during holidays. We enjoyed a lovely pottery class!

It's exactly what it says on the tin, an urban farm. We saw cows, goats, sheep, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, horses, guinea pigs and a couple of other animals on top of that! £5 suggested donation for 2 adults and a child makes the place an absolute bargain and would definitely go again. Run only by volunteers and people should definitely... More

We were left disappointed after our trip to gorse hill farm, there were hardly any animals and all my nephew wanted to do was play on the park which was also a little disappointing I feel they could really spruce this place up as its on a great location and could do really well.

Nice little farm with café and play area for children. It took us about half an hour to go round it to see all of the animals. Not much car parking space and very steel hill up from the main road. (Very difficult for disabled visitors) £2 donation requested for admittance for adults.

This small farm has lots of friendly farm animals and small pets. The children love petting the sheep and looking last the other animals and birds. The selection of owls that can be held is a particularly interesting item. The staff are very helpful and there is a small cafe on site. Well worth a visit. Kids love it. Free... More

Was very pleased to find this little gem. Very low entry donation and 50p for a bag of food with lots of animals to feed and a little park in the middle we had a great time. My little boy aged 5 loved all of it and didn't want to leave.

Lovely place for an afternoon out in Leicester City. A great collection of differing farm animals to visit and feed. The only drawback is the parking is not great at times.
