I live in NZ so don't get to many games. Many years ago I had my photo taken with The Birch. I emailed to say I was attending and wondered if it was possible for an updated photo. The club were amazing, not only wrangling a pitchside meet and greet with The Birch but also presented me with a squad signed ball. Truly amazing day. The memorial garden is a wonderful tribute, the fanstore excellent and the stadium first class

As a supporter of the Foxes for over 50 years I had the opportunity to take in two home games in early December. My wife and I booked hospitality to be sure of getting seats for the games. The e-mail experience was great and a big shout out to Liv who remembered my booking and was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Food and service in the lounge was great on both occasions (carvery for the first game and curries for the second game) and the seats for the games were very comfortable with a great view. The Foxes won both games so that was a bonus. Club shop is well stocked and has very friendly staff too. Unfortunately, the memorial gardens in honour of the late Chairman were closed for maintenance, but it was still possible to take in the features from outside and to be moved by the experience of seeing the late Chairman's family place flowers in the garden. We will definitely be back. Only negative is an apparent lack of signposting within the city, as we walked to the Stadium from the Premier Inn next to the railway station and also walked back and we were a little unsure of our route and had to ask the locals!

We went here as away supporters and were welcomed well. Efficient searches. It's relatively easy to get snacks and drinks at the bar. Good view in stadium with a good amount of legroom between rows. A good experience.
