NOT RECOMMENDED!
May 2019
Visited here earlier this year and it was not as depicted in pictures. Staff were rude and unhelpful, I saw other rock sticks and found them highly offensive. There was no offer to "have a go at your own", nothing was promoted.

Best rock in town!
Nov 2018 • Family
Have been coming here since I was a child and we took our own 11 and 13 year olds here too. Just as good as ever. Lovely staff. Lovely demo. Freshest rock in town. We are heading there again this week!

Rocking!
Sep 2019
We've been here twice on the off chance to see them making the rock (will really need to phone beforehand so we can see it!). What we did see last time was them making the soft rock and this visit we saw them making the toffee. Girls were chatty and explained what they were doing which was interesting and my boys enjoyed seeing it. They have a good selection of personalised rock and different flavours at good prices.

Fantastic

Myself, my Wife and my friend visited Rock Candy King this weekend to see how the famous Blackpool rock is made. We were blown away as how it was made. I thought it was all done by machinery. How wrong was I. It was all literally done by had and it looks a tough job. A lot of effort goes into making the rock. The staff were all really friendly and we got to taste a piece of rock that was freshly made. The rock maker was really nice and we watched the process from start to finish and we were blown away. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Blackpool. We purchased some rock too which was tasty. Please visit you won't be disappointed.

Amazing process in action
Nov 2017 • Family
We visited Rock Candy Kingdom today and got to see almost the whole process involved in making a stick of Blackpool rock. The confectioner was very engaging and explained exactly what he was doing, answering any questions we could think to throw at him. We got to test the cooling candy as he was working it, and we saw how all the letters were formed, wrapped and the raw batch extruded to make hundreds of sticks of rock. This is really worth some of your time. A fascinating look into a shrinking art.

Went to find some Blackpool Rock and see how it's made. Well this is the place. What hard work goes into this. Tasting at the end as well. Well worth it. Just amazing and oh so yummy 😋
