We went here for a hen party boomed through Ultimate Weekends In Blackpool .... nice friendly helpful staff but old and dated not very big or clean ate our meal next to the pool... so We treatments ok but nothing special didn't feel pampered at all.

Came here for a hen party dance class organised and paid for back in January for the “cheerleading company” nothing to do with this health club they just rented the room to the company
The woman didn’t show up but the lady on reception tried everything to help us and she let us stay in the seated area whilst we waited for news that the cheerleading company had refused to refund our £300

Anyway don’t touch the cheerleading company but the staff here were lovely so would recommend just on that, thank you!

Positives
Lady on reception was lovely, as were the staff who were doing the treatments, dressing gowns were clean.

Negatives
Needs a refurb it's very dated and dirty in places. Very dark lighting inside also very slippy floors take flip flops and your own towels. 😕

Came to reform as part of a hen party.. arrived early staff was professional and pleasant told us all we needed to know. However the cleanliness of the place was not up to any standard. I understand that a swimming class had just been in but the dirt and grim had been there months by the looks of it. The treatment of our choice was a massage and this was brilliant couldn’t complain at all about that or the staff. Just think the place in general needs a clean and a spruce up and it would be a little gem. Such a shame

Hen Party
Feb 2018 • Friends
This spa was booked as part of a hen party package. When we arrived , we were greeted by a lovely lady who told us all we needed to know. We went through and got changed and into the spa we went. The pool was a lovely size, although the incline in the middle was a bit slippy. There was a steam room and sauna, with 2 cold showers also in the wet area. Both were very lovely. The jacuzzi was very warm and relaxing. We each had a treatment in a small room not far from the jacuzzi. I would say, it would have been nice if there was some relaxing music playing in the room, just to drown out the sound of the bubbles in the jacuzzi. We all enjoyed our treatments, my mum particularly loved her facial. Also, in the pool area, Ed Sheeran was on a loop, it felt like the same 5 songs were playing. I'm a big Ed fan,but even I was fed up with the songs by the end! If not for that, I could have easily spent all day there. We had lunch there . I had a sweet chilli chicken Babette, which was very nice. Good selection of cocktails and other drinks. We were told there can be a few hen parties booked in at once, we were lucky as there as only ours (7 of us) and a few other people using the facilities.

All in all, we really enjoyed our experience and would certainly visit again.

While I was at work my dear husband un-booked us from the spa hotel we had booked together and re-booked us into a budget hotel.
We went into the reform health spa every morning of our stay in Blackpool!
For a reasonable price we swam in a relaxing pòol, sat in a Jacuzzi and I tried the sauna and steam room. Absolutely loved it and would recommend. A real blessing.

Went with a group of 5 for a hen do, as part of a package with Awesome weekends... On arrival we were greeted by Julie, who I had spoken to on the phone previously, Julie was full of enthusiasm and made us feel very welcome,.
Our treatments were due to start ar 1.30...so we arrived at 10.30 giving us time to use the facilities . .pool.sauna..jacuzzi. .steam room...only to be informed that the pool was in use for swimming lessons until 12.30...but we could use the other things...so off to the changing rooms...which we had to share with the children from the swimming lessons. ...Jacuzzi was being used. .so we used the steam room..very nice..The sauna was cold so didn't use that. ....eventually we used the sauna. ..In a small room full of condensation and plastic plants...could do with an overhaul...Eventually the pool became free.and after about 5 minutes in the pool we were told our lunch was ready. ..which we ate at plastic furniture at the side of the pool...The pool room had mould on the windows and ceiling. ...could also do with a overhaul...food was very nice...During eating we were called in for treatments....on a full stomach.....treatments were very good but all seemed different 4 of us had facials but no 2 were the same...I ordered the prosecco and strawberries which came to us in plastic miss matched glasses ...All in all a let down experience..and we will not be using Reform again..The only up was the Julie was amazingly helpful and chatted to us throughout our afternoon. Thanx Julie for making the unbearable bearable...

Myself and the hens came to Blackpool and came to the spa as part of our activities we had a fabulous time the staff where lovely and could not have been more helpful and the jacuzzi and pool and sauna where fabulous we had treatment facial manicure pedicure neck back and shoulder massage and we had food and cocktails everything was love.... The only drawback was the location down a back street felt like the back of behold this never dampened our experience tho and the staff where more than happy to arrange taxis back to our hotel thanks so much

Shambolic excuse for a Spa!
Apr 2017 • Friends
This is a poor excuse for a spa. Had this been my first spa trip I wouldn't do another. Food - if you can call it that - was horrible! Baguettes not cooked and salad brown and soggy. Altho apparently it was bought and freshly prepped that day. I think it was purchased from the whoops section!!
Butler in the buff is not worth a penny. Spent more time flirting with the bar staff.
Spa itself is supposedly candle lit. By this they mean tea lights around the edge of the pool that didn't really stay lit.
Treatments - well where to start. The therapist was actually simple. Spent more time on her phone, decided which part of the treatment she wanted to give you. If your skin felt soft she didn't bother exfoliating. Paid for 25 minute treatments and barely got 15 minutes! Manicure was done in a dark room. Not even a braincell to put the light on just commented it was getting darker.
The robes had paper knickers in the pockets and when this was mentioned to staff, the reply was 'it's ok we wash them!' Unhygienic to say the least.
If you want a dingy dark cave (rude words rhyme with pit mile), then book this place. If not stay well clear! I'm surprised it still has business!
