Once a month my friend and I meet up at the Solaris centre for a coffee and catch up - the staff are always cheerful and very helpful - parking is good too X

There is an environmental theme in the exhibition facilities of the cafe, although this isn't extensive. The building seems to double up as a meeting venue for some council staff which for me doesn't seem to enhance the atmosphere of a sea front holiday facility. Front desk staff are often able to help with enquiries about various municipal issues too.... More

Popped in just for cakes and coffee with my daughter and her carer. Very nice latte and the vanilla slice and egg custards were very enjoyable and a decent size. Friendly staff if perhaps a little slow to serve.

Popped into the cafe today for lunch with some friends. I had a tuna, cheese and onion toastie and a cold drink. The toastie was lovely and had lots of filling. The cafe is very well priced. The staff are always so nice and helpful every time I have been in. The gardener was there today clearing some weeds to... More

I'd definitely recommend a visit to the Solaris Centre. The `energy` exhibition is good, the cafe is very good and very popular. The chance for locals to use the gallery space to exhibit their art is a fabulous idea and always adds interest to your visit.

Great cafe light and airy place. If it's a training venue your looking for this pace is prefect has all the things you need wifi screens catering plus at lunchtime you can either sit in the garden or sit on Blackpool prom weather permitting of course. It's great venue and green.
