Went when the park opened however after one hour in the queue was still unable to get in as it was at full capacity. All the family was disappointed. In the end could not wait any longer as we had a young child. Recommend to book online first and then you can get to the front of the queue without... More

I cannot commend the staff, and policies here highly enough. We visited with my nephew who has a varied range of needs and it was just so easy !!! We rang In advance, staff were well prepared to deal with our queries, and had all the answers we needed. When we arrived we were able to go straight to the... More

We visited this attraction whilst on a family short break to Blackpool. We arrived early and didn't have to queue to get in. I would recommend this plan to everyone as an hour or 2 after opening the place gets very very busy! The selection of slides and interactive water features are all very good. The wave pool is great... More

If you intend going .. get there early . We did... just after opening. We left at lunch time and the queue to get in was massive. It also gets very busy... too many people in at one time (a little scary when you have toddlers). Lifeguards all over the place so good for safety.

Was a fun packed day with lots to do. The only down side really was the queue for the rides. The place was packed. My advice if you are a family of 5 make sure you have your wristband topped up to at least £50 otherwise it's hard work. Was quite warm in the water area so drying off was... More

Early start at the water park as a birthday treat for my 10 year old daughter. I'm not usually a big fan of fast rides and dislike getting my face wet. But....oh wow! We spent the whole day in the sandcastle. Being churned up, down, left, right. Tornado lagoon, swirling Rapids, super fast slides, pitch black, round and round. Absolutely... More

Went here with my 6 year old daughter. She had a brilliant time and didn't want to leave. We ended up staying for over 5 hours. It cost roughly £30 for the both of us to enter and then there were additional charges to go on specific rides. This was disappointing because after you have already paid for your entrance... More
