Took my grandson, what an expensive day. It was very busy so there was no where I could swim without knocking into anyone. I had made us a picnic but we were not allowed to take any food or drink in. My husband and grandson enjoyed themselves as they went on all the slides.

Our family went to Sandcastle Waterpark while we were on holiday, the day after having a disappointing day at the Pleasure Beach across the road. We were pleasantly surprised, there was a mix of rides for everyone. There are the big slides, slides for kids and pools to relax in. The waterpark was relatively busy however staff tried their best... More

Came over the weekend. Pool and facilities nice & clean but not good value for money. It cost us best part of £50 for a family of 4 with 2 children under the age of 4. Only 2 slides included in price then you have to pay extra for the others. Pool is quite small and very busy. I won't... More

A fun afternoon spent trying out all the rides in the waterpark. We all enjoyed Aztec Falls the most but did not like the indoor water rollercoaster- too many aches and pains afterwards. Very clean place and attentive lifeguards. A good day out but probably a one off.

Been here today, cost was OK considering we were in 6 hours. we didn't pay extra for slides as had a 5 year old with us. Food was nice £17 for adult and 2 children. Kids loved the food. If you going go early and park in one of side streets over road (no charge). We got there 9.15 and... More

Overall a well managed and presented water park. People of all ages could enjoy themselves here. It's not necessarily for children "big kids" (grownup's) could have a great time here too. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the price of it, it is a little over priced in my opinion, however given the location and... More

Booked into the sandcastle water park for the first time on Sunday 24th July 16! Wasn't enamoured with the place, paid over £40 for a family of 3 to just basically go swimming on a Sunday morning, myself my partner and my 6 year old daughter were bored after an hour, wasn't clear on which rides we were allowed on,... 1 adult, I teenager, 1 four year old and 1 disabled spectator and career = £60. Never again. £9.75 each with no spectator area. Drag yourselves into the 21st century. If you are going to charge almost £10 for non swimming guests, your facilities need to improve...
