There was a lovely gentleman called Cameron ( I think from memory) talking about the sting rays. He was extremely informative and helped answer our children's questions. He looked very enthusiastic and happy to be in his job.

Lots of interesting fact boards. Great little games for the children to play along the route, kids had to get a little booklet stamped at the different stations around the exhibit.

We visited here on a relatively quiet day. It was easy to navigate around and we also enjoyed the ranger talk about the snails/millipedes etc. Be warned if you have little ones there are a lot of stairs to get in and out of there...More

After visiting the sealife centre at Scarborough I was really disappointed with the one at blackpool. We were lucky we managed to get half price tickets as I would have been even more upset to have paid the full entry price.

Looks tired and old from the outside but inside is set out well and has some really interesting and well presented aquariums etc. Our 1 & 2 year olds loved every second of our visit. You can pick up star fish from the rock pools...More

Blackpool offers lots to do as well as the Sea life Centre :) if the weather is good the prom is great for letting the kids run off steam safely. The centre itself is great for littlies, my daughter has enjoyed going there... More
