FILTHY
Oct 2021 • Family
This place is filthy! Visited this morning £4.20 for entrance for a 1 year old. Firstly the ball pit smelt of pure piss, the slide was thick with dust and marks all down it, Looks like the toddler equipment had been sat there collecting dust for 5 years obvious dirt everywhere as you can see with the pictures attached. We got the last table in there & other adults came in and had to stand up. Felt like i needed a shower after being there for 10 minutes with being shut all that time in lockdown i wasn’t expecting this & will not be returning.

Poor customer service
Aug 2021 • Family
Turned up today just a little after 10am, half an hour after they had opened to spend 10 minutes behind someone who was booking a party and was very undecided about what they wanted so it was taking some time. There was a queue forming behind me too, plua my 18 month was getting bored. Eventually i was told by someone else, not the person working on reception who completely ignored us, that they were full and probably wouldn't have space for another 2 hours and that you can't book. They seriously can't know when someone will leave unless there's a time limit that I don't know of as I've never been before but I won't be rushing back because it could possibly be full again and I'll have wasted my time, again! I also had to inform everyone behind me in the queue as they were out the door and then some more pulling up in cars ready to take take little ones out of the car seats etc so not to waste their time.

They really need a booking system like others have in place or at least a sign to say they are full if staff cant take the time to tell you. I'd also suggesr someone else deals with party bookings whilst someone deals with customers who want to actually come in there and then.

Play area

We came here with our two younger kids for some lunch and to let the kids have a play. As we came in I noticed that there was no one at the reception desk to let us in. We waited and eventually a girl came over to greet us without a mask on. I thought this was bad as we had to follow the rules and wear masks while entering and ordering food. We sat down and the kids went to play. The staff were friendly. All two of them. I ordered food for us. The food didn’t take too long to arrive. Me and my partner ordered a full English breakfast. And the kids got a box meal each. It turned up and it was not what we thought. The full English was far off being full! 1 sausage tiny bit of bacon and a hash brown with a tiny blob of beans. And that’s the lot! Also the kids ham sandwich was not ham but jam! I didn’t bother to complain I just wanted to go home as soon as the kids had had their time playing. The kids were happy but the food portions could of been better.

Good for little ones

I went with a friend, wasnt sure what to expect but my little one who is nearly one had a great time. It was really good that there was a section for under 3s. Granted we went early in the moring and in the week. She loved a big red machine that blows air out. She went on the slides with support and crawled around. The soft blocks were great and it seemed really clean. Baby had a great time and was entertained by the equipment for the whole 2 hours. The over 3 area seemed like it had lots to do. There was lost of space for adults to sit, we didnt order food but it smelt really nice, it seemed reasonably priced to.

I understand visiting in 6 weeks holiday it will be busy but I won't don't expect as a parent is to see children much older than 11 climbing and jumping off things. I pulled my children out because I fared they would get badly hurt staff need to get a grip and stop being soft. I think a a warning to the older then they do it again they should get thrown out. Planet Kaos don't allow kids older then 10 in. Will not be coming again unless older staff that have got a backbone are hired and a strict age limit is in place. You all should be ashamed your place is bad accident waiting to happen.

The place was dirty and very very busy almost as though it was over capacity.the coffee bar stopped serving any food very earlier and staff were very impolite I witnessed one member of staff shouting at children on the small trampoline like a Sargent in the army.i felt if there were rules about the amount t of children on certain apperatus then there should of been staff to police it.

Discovered Kaos last summer as our grandchildren come to stay a couple of times per year. Revisited during this years April half term.

We can sit and have a cuppa while they run around. Not tried the food but it looks good.

You are allowed two hours, which flies by!

Kiddies love it! So, happy nanny and grandad.
