Little gem in Blackpool thanks to all the staff for a great Sunday afternoon. The smallest pub in Blackpool with the biggest welcome for everyone. The juke box has a wide variety of music for all tastes don't pass this little pub if your looking for a pub with atmosphere in Blackpool.

On last day of holiday, I decided to seek out a small pub off the main promenade near the North Pier, and was bowled over with the welcome and quality of the Theakston's Ales on draught. Unfortunately the Old Peculiar had run out but the Bitter was excellent. My better half had the best Latte coffee there. The was plenty... More

Me & my husband came to Blackpool with our dog, found so hard to find a dog friendly pub but this little gem on a side street made us all feel welcome. Such friendly staff. We will definitely be back again. Thank you to all the staff. From Janet, Chris & the little white dog (willow) 😊😊😊

Asked for a disaronno and a jd. Got 2 jd. When asked to correct drink she got disaronno out of fridge which was sealed so never gave in first place was given actual drink and took original drinks off us. Terrible barmaid she needs sacking. Won't ever venture in here again and will tell family that have been here not... More

Hi Wayneleedsfan1 We are very sorry that you did not have a positive experience at the Mitre. We have looked back at the incident on the CCTV and agree that your complaint was not handled very well. The member of staff that you refer to has been suitably dealt with. We do however, take issue with your tag line of... More

This is a small friendly pub, which serves draught mild, bitter, and Theakston's Old Perculiar. on draught. The nice Scottish lady behind the bar acts almost like a chat show host, and keeps the conversation going. She is fun and very likeable - as are most of the regulars that I spoke to in there. I will certainly be returning.

A local in the heart of Blackpool, serving good cask ales. A friendly, clean and comfy pub and served at good price

One of the nicest, friendliest small pubs I've been in over 45yrs. All the bar staff are friendly and welcoming. Being Blackpool its customers vary during the day between locals, older tourists usually couples and people just passing through to nights usually when the younger crowd hit the town. Never seen any trouble in the place on the occasions I've... More

We visited during the week, it was lashing rain in Blackpool and this pub was a welcoming respite, not a large selection of Ales but what they had were tasty, pleasant staff, one to visit.

Thanks for the lovely review. Sometimes wish we had more space for more choice, but being the smallest pub in Blackpool means we are restricted on space. We are glad you enjoyed your visit though. Come again soon. More
