Having gone there with my parents to show them what was once the cream of the cream in terms of beach resorts in the UK, I found it very amusing but at the same time very run down and somewhat degrading even. Still recommend it to get a blast from past though ;)

8 of us went to see the tribute show what a fantastic night from start to finish. I thought there was miming because they was so good. The drinks are very cheap to,but only in price not in quality. Defiantly gonna go again and to say I live in Blackpool it just proves it must be good. One not to... More

Went on a sunny day. The pier has lots of outdoor attractions and rides. A lovely walk to the end. The family bar was fun and had entertainment for children. Hundreds of penny machines. Lovely views of blackpool coast line. Fairground rides for youngsters and grow ups

Side shows, cafes and fairground rides. There's nothing to distinguish this pier from any other dotted around our coastline.

Typical arcade/fair activities on the pier, nice to see it so busy considering the fate of others. Picked this pier to walk along in order to go on the big wheel, which seems even higher when you're on it!

Writing this review to mention chap with spectacles who works on the horse racing game at the front of the building (didn't get his name). He is very friendly and a good laugh and must have very good patience in dealing with a variety of 'punters' in what must be a very long day for him at times. Bar area... More

This review is for the family bar at the end of the Central Pier In Blackpool. We have been going here for around 10 years and it was becoming a bit run down, but to our delight, we visited last week to find it has been totally refurbished. What a brilliant job they have done. They have moved the stage... More

Took my 4 yr old so that he could go on some of the rides but due to poor weather was unable to do this but he enjoyed a couple of hours in the arcades on the 2p machines which he loved when he got a prize. Staff very helpful and polite.

Blackpool makes sure it's piers have plenty of things to do, to help the punters part with their money, and the Central pier is no exception. As well as the amusements, there are games stalls, cafes, rides, a bar etc. We like to walk through the amusements then grab some breakfast in the cafe halfway down the pier. Always nice... More
