A really enthusiastic and pleasant bunch of instructors, a genuinely challenging set of obstacles (that wobble about a lot) - great views over the park as you scramble about on the rope walks and a terrific zip wire finale. I loved it and so did my 8 and 12 year old boys. A special mention to Andy who took us... More

We did the Mini-Trek (green run) with our eldest 11yr old son. Was really good fun, particularly the zip wire. Thought was really well run with good clear instruction with very helpful & friendly staff who were keen to make sure everyone enjoyed & got the most out of it. Would certainly consider doing it again.

Visited here as a family with two children, aged 3 and 11. It is advised to prebook your treetop trek as each slot has limited capacity. (We did this earlier the same day, as thunderstorms had hit earlier that morning...) My husband and eldest opted to do the full trek, which took them approx 2 hours to complete (including the... Went here with my family, daughters 8 and 10. It is a really good activity but not for those who are scared of heights. My youngest freaked out on the first part of the trek. She was with my husband and her big sister but there was no one about to help her. The elements are great fun but not... More

TreetopTeam, Owner at Treetop Trek, responded to this review, 18 Jul 2016 Hi there Katie, thanks for this review, we really appreciate you taking the time out to write it. We're sorry your youngest found the activity a bit scary. It can be difficult to judge how people are likely to react to it as age isn't always a factor.... More

We went on both the green treetop track as well as the treetop nets. They were both great fun! The whole setting is relaxing, with a cafe and visitors centre, as well as short walks around. The site is right up on Windermere lake, with boat rides to be had for anyone who can squeeze them in - adventures for... More

I thought the treetop trek was a fantastic experience ! Instructors provided a briefing at the beginning and were always nearby in the course. The course has 2 treks- we did the full course which took about 2 hours. The zip lines were great fun!!

It was a great experience overall. Adventurous courses with careful safety procedures. And the staff's cheerful attitude was an added bonus. A small disclaimer though, if you happen to be a covered woman with a scarf (hijab) on your head, or happen to be wearing anything that wraps around your neck and has a loose end, they will ask you... Professional outfit with safety and equipment briefing. Our family of 4 the youngest being 8 yrs old thoroughly enjoyed the full obstacle trail. Well planned trail with all manner of obstacles to test your confidence. Come a little earlier to book as they only take in limited numbers per group doing the walk. Give at least 1 and a half...
