We had a great visit at this interesting privately owned still inhabited house (£12) with a tour through certain rooms covering each of the centuries. The house was started in the 1500s then built on in following centuries until a Georgian makeover in the 1700s...More

This place looks quite interesting from the outside. Inside it just looks like a neglected old house. Little to see, little to learn. Very badly managed and poorly maintained. Certainly not worth the extortionate £12 entry fee.More
