We had a lovely afternoon at Appleby Brewery. The tour was interesting and then a lovely few drinks in the stables. Definitely recommend.

Appleby Brewery has regular brewery tours where you can ask the brewer anything and try their ales in the brewery bar. They also do workshops such as "Learn to brew from grains like the Pro's do".
