Thank you Parko for supporting the arts by attending a Lakeland Hauntings Ghost Walk. It has been a difficult 15 months for the theatre industry and the return of our audiences is much appreciated. Thank you also for taking the time to write a review. Theatre is a very subjective medium and there will inevitably be a few people for whom it is not to their taste. In the eight years Lakeland Hauntings has been operating, as you point out yourself, we have received “a significantly higher number of 5 star reviews". A great many of the people who have thoroughly enjoyed our Ghost Walks cite as positives many of the aspects of the performance on which you were less keen. We, therefore, have great confidence in our well researched, unique and entertaining product and are delighted that so many people are returning to Keswick and joining us on a walk. When supporting arts organisations in the future we recommend you try to arrive on time and adhere to the terms and conditions. We are only able to operate during the pandemic because of the good will of our audience members in following the COVID guidelines which were agreed by you at the time of booking and are in line with government advice and best practice. Also, your late arrival meant you must have missed the reminder that our Ghost Walks are no smoking events although it is clearly stated on the website.
