Just had a wonderful long weekend in Langdale Valley. Frequented Britannia regularly. Great pub, good real ales and lamb Henry delicious. Staff were great even though very busy with the beautiful autumn weather. Hope to return soon.

Always route a walk around this pub. Love the atmosphere. Nice open fire and good ales. Not the cheapest prices but an enjoyable environment to sup a few
