A lovely traditional pub. Our room was clean with a new bathroom. Staff were excellent from start to finish. Our evening meal was great too, lamb Henry and sea bass. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Our dog Alfie very welcomed.

Went here on a Friday evening and it was very busy. Luckily it was dry and we were able to sit outside as inside was full. The outside seating area is nice with a view of the little green. Good place to sit and watch...More

The perfect place to stop with a thirst and appetite after a long walk. We’ll be back! Can highly recommend the local beer and steak and ale pie.
