With it's boating lake, animals, rocks, park area, cafe this park is a great day out. My teenage daughters still enjoy coming. If you enjoy running it is a decent size to run around. There are large grassed areas to play football and plenty of spaces to park.

East Park is a great place to visit as a couple or with a family, there's plenty of things to see, there's a boating lake with waterfowl, you can take a leisurely walk around the park and there's an animal enclosure with birds, monkey's, sheep, goats, a pony and other animals.
