Used a really good value for money groupon voucher to go to this spa down the round with a friend from out of town. AMAZING. Worth every penny. Will be going back a fair few times in the next few months.

Ŵent for a spa day for my birthday with a friend. Thought we had a good deal but it was cheap because the place place is grotty and worn out, the pool was dirty and cold, there's no jacuzzi and no relaxation room. The place where they do the manicure is next to a cafe with just screens with stained... More

If you are going there for a spa day then don't bother at the moment. The pool is freezing. They are in the process of ordering a new boiler which has been on order for months. Members aren't being compensated for this of course. Everyone moaning that they are unable to swim and management couldn't care less. How much longer... More

Came on a Groupon deal. The place is dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Woman had to use mens changing room, but people weren't taking full notice of sign and walking in wrong changing rooms. Pool was freezing cold, jacuzzi now removed. Wait for drinks from the bar was slow, and people who ordered after us got theirs before... More

Visited with my husband on 29th Dec for a treat. Treatments were great as was lunch and were value for money. However 'spa' I don't believe is an appropriate description of the other facilities. The Pool itself was freezing, the loungers which are tatty were all on top of each other, the steam room (which is tiny) burns your legs... More

We booked through Groupon and had a sap facilities access and refreshents. The facilities were modern and clean, the pool was the perfect temperature for some after-steam room relief, the ambient air was nice and warm, and it was generally lovely. For the refreshments, I had the best mocha (they also do a good strong hot cholcolate which ends up... More

This was our second visit, on this occasion using Living Social. Arrival impressions good. Problem began when trying to register in the spa area. I could not find the voucher code number though I had provided it when emailing the arrangements several months earlier. The chap on the desk could not have been more unhelpful. He had to be cajoled... More

I came on a spa day with some friends of mine. The pool was freezing, there was no jacuzzi and the steam room only had about 4 seats so we were like sardines. The changing rooms were disgusting, one filthy toilet to go with the 2 vile showers and the locker doors in the changing area were hanging off. Can't... More

We were booked on a groupon voucher entrance to spa with tea and cakes. We decided to also book a head neck massage. Unfortunately the day before I went down with a gastric bug and telephoned to cancel. Before I could say much else I was told that the money would be taken out of my debit card as they... More
