My husband booked the spa super indulgence afternoon for a Valentine's gift for me, and it was amazing, we had a wonderful afternoon tea with champagne in a beautiful room on our own. Followed by a very professional and friendly treatments carried by Abbie.

My mum and I went to The Rose Garden Spa as a little pamper for ourselves and to unwind. We both booked in to have the full body Aromatherapy Massage and upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely, friendly receptionist who promptly gave us refreshments and made us feel welcome. Laura and Katherine were our therapists and they were professional, welcoming and friendly. The spa facilities were exceptional, clean, relaxing and had a beautiful ambiance. The massages were probably the best we’ve ever had. The therapists were amazing! A real attribute to the spa. Would 100% go back again and I couldn’t recommend it enough. After the massage we went and sat in the relaxing lounge and was given some water and told we could stay there for as long as we liked. All in all the best spa experience ever. Thank you ladies!

My sisters and I visited the spa recently, we had a gift card loaded with enough money to give us an aromatic full body massage and a sea salt pedicure each (or so we thought). We had a lovely day even though the hotel now only has one treatment room and with there being three of us that meant a lot of waiting around, but we had use of the pool and sauna at an additional cost of £5 each so it was bearable. The staff were lovely and friendly and Abby the therapist done a wonderful job, but when it came to the end of the day she swiped the giftcard to find there wasn't enough money on it for the treatments we had just had. We couldn't understand what had just happened as the therapist said their prices hadn't gone up for ages. The owner of the hotel wasn't around so they rang him and told him the situation and that it clearly wasn't our fault but he was having none of it and was adamant we had to pay the difference, we just couldn't believe this and found it really upsetting as none of us had brought any extra money with us. The two members of staff that were dealing with us were clearly embarrassed about his lack of customer service as were we. We managed to scrape together the money and left feeling completely disappointed. When I looked through the brochure we'd been given when we brought the giftcard back in December we had exactly the right amount on it for the prices at the time we weren't informed at any time that the prices had gone up so why should we have to pay the extra as they should honour the price from when we brought it. Surely this is just good basic customer service, but no the owner refused to refund us the money but offered a complimentary treatment to the value of the overpayment but we were so annoyed we didn't want to step foot in the place again and I told him this over the phone. He may have gained a few extra quid from us but he has actually lost out in the long run as we will never return and would not recommend.

I have recently visited this hotel for a days treatment in the spa. My sister purchased three treatment vouchers back in December specifically for an Aromatic Massage and a Sea Salt Pedicure for each of us, including my other sister as well - which, on the card said was valid for an entire year.
After receiving our treatments; which took seven hours due to there being three of us and only one therapist - we presented the voucher at the reception only to be told that the prices had risen since we purchased the vouchers and that we had to pay a further £36.
Not only that, we had to pay for our own lunch and for the use of the swimming pool - and as we were there for such a length of time we had no choice but to use it, which caused us to pay an extra £70 on top of the bill. So overall, it turned out to be a very expensive day.
We feel that as we purchased our vouchers back in December we should not have been charged extra, as we were not aware of the change in prices, yet we had called the Spa a few days before and were still failed to be informed - we weren't told until after the treatment, so we had no choice.
The manager was very rude and uncooperative, and ruined what could have been an enjoyable day.
We are very displeased with the service we have been given and will not be returning back.

We were supposed to be coming to The Rose Garden Spa next month for a hen party only to be told that it was going to be closing down on 11th July and not sure if or when it was going to open again. All bookings cancelled and refunds to be made.
The lady who my friend spoke to thought that she had rung up and informed her of this but this is complete rubbish as she never received a phone call or anything! Furthermore, one of my friends booked and they now cannot find record of her payment. It is a good job she has her receipt!

We are bitterly disappointed as we have now having to find another spa to go to at short notice, 3 weeks to go!

My daughter and I booked a Twilight package last Friday. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the attention of the staff and their professionalism. The back and neck massage was so relaxing and the room was warm and spotlessly clean My daughter had a facial which was also very good..We were not hurried in any way or asked to purchase any of the products. We could use the pool and sauna and this rounded off a very enjoyable few hours. We will definitely return.

I have visited this spa quite a few times now and every time it just gets better. The staff cannot do enough for you, the facilities are exceptional and Lucy does the best massage I have ever had. Everything is immaculate, the rooms are beautiful if you stay and the treatment rooms are just perfect. I could not recommend the Rose Garden more highly. I have visited with friends and on my own and every time has been more than worth it for relaxation and value for money.
