The orchard is a pleasant continuation of the Abbots Mill Garden (see separate review). Unlike some reviewers, I have not encountered any troublesome visitors.

This garden is more free than most of the special brew crew and their animals. Dane Jon and Westgate are more usual haunts. So I've often found it a nice retreat - particularly on sunny days at lunch time.

Great place but ruined by foul mouthed drinkers and their dogs on strings. Beautiful riverside setting would be great for a picinc with children & just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the busy town centre. As usual the police in Canterbury only see what...More
