Our 140-acre park is home to an incredible range of exotic and endangered species, in beautiful, landscaped surroundings. Just by visiting Marwell Zoo (owned and operated by conservation charity, Marwell Wildlife) you'll be making a big contribution to our projects to conserve species and habitats, both here in Hampshire and around the world. Our biggest ever exhibit is now open - Wild Explorers an immersive new home for our rhinos, scimitar horned oryx and Grevy's zebras. These are all species we have special responsibility for in the wild. Our £15-£19 adult entry fee varies across the year and includes a voluntary donation of around 10%. Please check our website for full ticket prices.

Me and my children visit here alot! We love it. It's very clean and the staff are always helpful and polite. Lots of parks on your way round to stop for a break or lunch. All the new areas are making it even better. Really enjoyed ourselves

I haven't been to Marwell for a few years so it was nice to see they had made some changes, I like the new boardwalks and viewing platforms around the Leopard and Giraffe area. Some of the enclosures are empty and awaiting revamping, but hey, this zoo is improving all the time. Enclosures are clean and the animals very well... More

Visited for the first time in many years with grandchildren. Family ticket of around £65. which is fair enough for entry to a attraction . many of the animals you cant see either hiding or in the pens asleep. we ate in the restaurant this is well over priced . would have expected to be paying over the odds but... Marwell is much improved since the last time we visited. Suitable for all ages and lots of places to pinic. My favourites were the giraffes and meerkats. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes as you need to do alot of walking to see everything.

I came here with my husband, my brother and his girlfriend and our mum and dad. It cost around £120 for us all, which doesn't seem bad when you think you are going to have a full day out but for only a couple of hours and only seeing a handful on animals it was a rip off. Many of... More

Marwell is a lovely zoo as zoos go. The animals seem to have lots of space and don't seem like zombies! The ice cream near the tropical house is lush! I especially liked seeing the rhinos and giraffes. The lovely lady rhino treated us to a waterfall display... Quite an impressive amount of liquid! Lots of places to picnic. Good... More

Free parking near the entrance. Medium sized zoo which you could run round in two hours but when taken at leisurely pace and fully enjoyed is a full day out. Animals appeared happy and active especially the tiger who was magnificent. Gift shop with wide price range from budget to mega. Used care nice coffee good quite expensive as it... More
