Great to see it open again, my daughters favorite place! Good covid measures, bookings only, temperature taken on arrival. Friendly staff. The below 1 star review about young staff being responsible for our children? I think you will find, sir, that YOU are responsible for your children... Well done team Play Shack, you are doing a great job under the circumstances

Basically place runs by children people who works all around 16-19 and these people should be responsible to Our children its like a joke... coffee shop is same reception is same they got no clue about anything ruining costa coffees name too... checking temperatures asking for mask only when u pass true and ur free not to wear whats is the point if i m all okey why do i need to wear mast no one wears at restaurants as here has the restaurant and all kids are mix playing. So why dont u say u want to sell your masks instead of you forcing people to wear at door but not to wear in side joke..... absolutely no one has clue....

I left a poor review before but today we had such a lovely time. The staff were so friendly; and helped me with my little boy who had an accident (our fault not play shacks!) and the staff member who helped us with him was wonderful. The hot drinks we ordered were great too. The place was clean and tidy. My son loves play shack so wanted to give a good review. We’d also been last week during half term and the staff were brilliant then too even though it was heaving!

We went to Play Shack on a very wet half term day which was very busy. The staff however were very friendly and helpful making sure that we were aware of waiting times etc. The facilities were comfortable and clean and it was nice to see staff were keeping on top of this. Overall a very pleasant visit with nice coffee.
