We were fortunate to have Ms Rachel Pearson as our guide for the morning through OWestminster Abbey. Rachel was knowledgeable with great communication skill and a great deal of fun! She was patient and informative while we explored the history and architecture of this wonderful building and then walked with us through a tour of the Westminster area. When we expressed some confusion as to our path to Covent Garden, she voluntarily walked with us (through some beautiful gardens) to our next destination and pointed out some places for lunch as well as the underground station back to our hotel. Rachel could not have been more accommodating and our time with her became one of the highlights of our London visit!

We had a wonderful whirl wind trip to London, thank you to Bryan for being our personal tour guide. Wow - what a wealth of knowledge he has, not to mention a terrific personality!! We learned more in one day from him, than in all our years of history class! We were only in London for three days and saw so many sights and tourist spots, and heard the history of each of them. He took us to whichever tourist spot we wanted to see, and then some! He was also our official photographer when we wanted pictures of us all together, as well as suggesting places for lunch and dinner, which were amazing! Our trip to London was short, but we loved every single minute of it! Thank you, Bryan!

We had a private guide with us from 08:30 am through 5:00 pm for our group's visit to London. We were from 6 different countries and all spoke perfect English. We had the pleasure of having John Ashton with us, an experienced Blue Badge guide and a member of the Institutev of Tourist Guiding. He was excellent in his knowledge of London as well as entertaining, polite and never loosing his patience while escorting us around. Many in the group who have travelled extensively commented that he was the best guide that they had ever had, We would recommend him highly.

I went to Leeds Castle, Canterbury and The White Cliffs of Dover on a day trip with Blue Badge Tours in September 2012. It was a great trip. Tony Randall was our guide, and he was excellent. The trip was very well-scheduled and informative. The one thing that I would nit-pick is - and it's the same for almost every day trip that one does - is that it's fast. We had only 15 minutes to see the White Cliffs of Dover for example. I felt myself walking quickly through Canterbury. But hey, it is what it is. If you take this day trip - or any other day trip - I recommend NOT taking the lunch. It costs extra money; but more to the point, it takes time out of the day. You might be better off grabbing a sandwich on the go and eating it as you explore the city. Sitting down to eat takes valuable time out of the day. In all, a great trip! I had a great experience. I met some great friends. I would recommend this to my friends.
