If Royston Vaysey had a museum, this would be it. It draws you in slowly with some interesting fossils then gets increasingly more bizarre. The best 15 minutes we've spent in a long time. Obviously the curators are passionate about their beliefs but their 'facts'...More

While they have some interesting fossils in this 'museum' it's still a place that promotes lies, ignorance, anti science and myth to gullible religious types. And it hopes to sucker you in too. Avoid.

It's free to get in and the loss of your time is more than made up for by the hilarity of it all. A lot of effort has been put in to it and it is an obvious labour of love. Surprised to overhear the...More

Free entry and very reasonably priced fossils. There is an exhibition comprising a dozen or so stands (with commentary) explaining the flawed assumptions, lack of evidence and downright lies used to promote the theory of evolution as fact in the mass media and education institutions....More

A very disappointing place to visit. From the outside it sounds as if it is a genuine fossil museum but inside it is just trying to indoctrinate you with creationist/religious theory. It is basically just about the bible.

Awful, misleading place. Basically designed to peddle silly creationist myths instead of history. Disappointing to see this kind of thing in the UK.

I collect fossils and was pleased to find this 'exhibition' Unfortunately as you walk around you slowly realise that the whole idea is to lure people in in order to promote creationist theories. The idea of making it appealing to children is an unpleasant method...More

We popped into this place while getting the train and I never thought it would actually be free. Its not often you find a place to take the children that's free and the shop after is very cheap. The children bought a toy each and...More

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. This is a great museum with information showing fossils from the time of the flood to the same creatures we see today, showing a fish has always been a fish, a mammoth has always been...More

It is staffed by volunteers. I believe it is funded through the sale of merchandise and subscriptions to the Creation Science Movement. I don't believe it receives public money.
