Never taken part in this type of activity before but it is such fun. Brings out your inner Rambo. Good clear instructions beforehand. Everyone taking part enjoyed themselves. I would do it again.

Good quality laser quest, lots of space and all action. Had daughters birthday here, staff were very attentive and didn't feel rushed. Were well equipped to deal with a group of 6-7 year olds. Great fun for all family and great exercise too!

Note: This is a duplicate review from the "Actions Stations" section as I didn't realise that "Laser Quest at Action Stations" had it's own review section. We visited Action Stations Laser Quest on Saturday 14th April as a trial for our 2 girls (aged 10 and 11) to see if they would enjoy a birthday party there later in the year. Our youngest was nervous but was still looking forward to the experience. Sadly it was a dreadful time due to the extremely poor staff who did not deal at all with a group of trouble makers. 5 unaccompanied boys aged between approximately 10 and 12 were very noisy in the briefing room before any staff arrived. They continued to talk and laugh loudly during the safety briefing making the staff member who was conducting it stop 2 or 3 times to tell them to be quiet. Eventually when it was clear that they weren't interested in listening to her I expected her to lay down an ultimatum of "be quiet and listen or get out". Instead she turned to the rest of us (about 10 people) and said "Well they're clearly not interested in safety so I'll just speak to all of you instead"! At this point I should have realised how bad the session was going to be and just taken us out of there. The game started and immediately devolved into a melee of pushing and shoving and grabbing guns and arms (all things that we were told during the briefing were understandably NOT allowed) by this disruptive group whilst the single staff member roamed around on the lower level (the play area has 2 levels) staying away from where everything was going on at the upper levels. My wife and I spent the entire game trying to get away from this pack and play with/against the other members of the opposing team and to protect our children. My youngest daughter left the entire event very shell shocked and in tears, our eldest just saying she never wanted to go back again. The way that the Action Station staff dealt with this disruptive and aggressive group (or rather didn't deal with them at all) showed a complete lack of care towards younger players and I would not recommend taking children to this activity whatsoever. Clearly they did not want to deal with this group at the briefing and risk having to refund 5x £6. In this case it cost them a £280 party booking and the guarantee that we will never return there. I hope retelling this experience will make others think twice about risking taking their own children. On a happier note we went straight from there to Rock Up (climbing centre) at Whitely Village where the staff could not have been more helpful (or understandably safety concious!) and the girls are having their party there instead.…
