We visited today with 2 teens and a 10 year old and were impressed with the variety of things on offer, the merlin simulator was a huge hit, as was the rotating climbing wall, and all included in the ticket price which was a bonus.

Visited as part of an all attractions actions ticket over a weekend. Great stuff for the kids to do with maritime and naval themes such as wall climbing (one for the minis too) and laser shooting. Very physical and a great way to allow the kids to let off steam and run around in between visiting the Mary Rose, HMS... More

Grabbed a All Attraction Ticket for Portsmouth Historic Dockyard (great value) and after a harbour tour, stumbled across Action Stations... Children aged from 5 - 10 all LOVED it - offering challenges to them all. Safe, enclosed environment with lots to keep them occupied...and no extra fees to pay (except laser combat). Will certainly be reusing our year-long ticket, even... More

This place is awesome, after every one else was tired from walking around the docks, the 5year old spent ages just running around playing with all the interactive machines. Imagine the royal navy's version of soft play and your half way to the experience!

This is my children's favorite place to visit when we come to portsmouth. They love everything here from the climbing wall to the simulator, to the shooting games. driving the boats round the lake is great fun, there not the easiest to get in and out of though. My 8 years old's best activity is the laser quest, i do... More

Fun get away for children. Hidden at the back of the Jutland attraction. May be a little young for teenagers!

Used to be quite empty but has even more activities & in-keeping with theme. Good for all ages & great day out. Not sure art exhibition was appropriate for the kids area with very grown up themes (used condoms etc) but didn't seem to bother anyone.

On arrival at the venue we were struck by how run down and dilapidated the whole place was. There were a number of simulators around the place but no staff monitoring their use so groups of children who seemed to have no parents with them were staying on for several turns until parents of other children had to ask them... Me and my dad went PHD for a boys day and this was the best attraction seen that day! (We both have 12 Month All-Attraction Season Passes) Lots of fun simulators and activities, many to do with Military and War. Great experience!

Good indoor venue - lots of hands on activities from 'machine gunning' aircraft and tanks, simulators to various wall climbing activities ... new this year on the first floor is 'Ninga Force' ...obstacle course for the over 8's. Staff always welcoming and friendly - but it can get very busy so we always make it our first port of call... More
