This attraction is very overpriced for the amount of time it takes to go round even though you get your hand stamped to go back in but why would you it took ten mins to go round, The only highlight was the very helpful staff.

We started our visit in the cafe. It cost £22 for 2 adults and a child. Vastly over priced for the sandwich and tortillas we received. It took nearly half an hour to be brought to our table with a lame apology about there being...More

Unfortunately this attraction is awful. When you think of what other aquariums offers then this is somewhere never to waste your money on. The exhibits are dark, tired and uninviting. There is not much to see and probably the most exciting bit for my goddaughter...More

Hi, Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback we receive. Our otters - Ralph, Patty and Selma - like to take regular naps throughout the day and there are signs to explain this around their enclosure. They will often sleep curled up in...More

Hi, Yes these answers are all correct, we are wheelchair accessible. The only tank where there are steps is our Stingray tank, however this tank is also accessible from ground level. Thanks Blue Reef Team
