HI Mary. Many thanks for taking time to report back on your enjoyable experience. I wonder though if you meant this for the Arboretum? We are however, just across the road from the Arb and our gardens are open from April until the end of...More

My English friend knew of this place and transported me there in his car, otherwise I likely would never have been able to visit without my own private transportation. The house and gardens are the creation of the Holford family, and mainly Robert Holford who...More

Visited on a special open day. Driving up to the house is very impressive in itself. This must be an amazing place to go to school. We had a tour of the house from an informative guide who filled us in on the amazing history...More

We recently visited Westonbirt with our Son. I had been on a few occasions previously, including a visit to the Enchanted Christmas which I have to say was an amazing and atmospheric experience, which I would definitely recommend. I had only ever been able to...More

Hello there. Thank you for your review, however I think perhaps you meant it for Westonbirt Arboretum and not Westonbirt Gardens. Westonbirt Gardens are a very quiet and peaceful place to enjoy - with or without a dog. Dogs are allowed, but ONLY if kept...More

Hello there. Did you perhaps mean your view to be of the arboretum? Westonbirt House and Gardens is also a school and whilst there are one or two staff dogs on site, these are walked on a lead away from the Italian Gardens. The arboretum...More
