Agree with previous comments, that lights should be dimmed more, in screen one I felt the spot light was on me. Not so bad I screen 2 last might, but would have preferred it darker

My first time ever to Vue. I'm used to going to either Cineworld or Odeon. The staff were polite and courteous the only hitch with the customer service was that the black guy who served me to see the 30:40 showing of the festival didn't...More

We only live 20 miles away but normally go to Bristol. Decided to 'keep it local' and liked the experience. Easy to book tickets on-line, Equaliser 2 was great and had a fab meal after at Bisley House,

As with many cinemas these days they've replaced the best seats with higher priced luxury seats that are rarely used. As a result most visitors are squashed into the inferior seating, with two rows of empty seats in the best spots mocking them. The sound...More

Tickets were slightly pricey but cinema was clean and very comfy seating. Quiet during the day time was a total bonus. Screen quality and sound were perfect.

Not a bad venue albeit a tad expensive: car park next door, no queues, not dirty, good selection of drinks / sweets, comfortable seats, staff friendly enough. Would have given it 4 stars had my experience not been worsened by the mum and child behind...More
