Located in the historic Old Town, take the ultimate undersea safari at Blue Reef Aquarium, Hastings. Enjoy incredibly close encounters with seahorses, native sharks, giant octopus and hundreds of amazing aquatic creatures. At the aquarium's heart is a giant ocean display - walk through the mesmerising underwater tunnel and come face to face with shoals of colourful fish. With talks and feeds all day you can even get hands on with our Remarkable Reptiles during animal encounters. Don't forget to grab a bite to eat in the Blue Reef Cafe and even book your Pirate or Mermaid themed birthday party. There's so much to sea under the sea!

This was actually bigger than we were expecting and we had a nice wander round. There were lots of feeding and talks happening throughout the day. Can be a little bit expensive if you buy ticket on the door at £9 per adult.

Although adverts look amazing the exhibition itself is quite poor. Tickets are quite expensive comparing to the attractions you can see during your visit. Good thing are the feeding time shows and the attraction itself is better for nursery school trips. It was not totally bad but I wouldn't go there again.

My little boy had the misfortune to arrive just 2 days before Xmas. Every birthday since has been unavoidably tainted. These guys pulled alllll the stops out for my little chap. Incredible as we turned up unannounced! And when, as we were leaving, my little poppet piped up and asked why they didn't have a Santa when everywhere else did...... More

Went on family trip with granddaughter son and daughter in law. Has a good couple of hours here. The exterior look unwelcoming but once inside it was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Watched fish in big tank being fed - most enjoyable from the tunnel. I think they feed at 11am.

This aquarium is a little expensive for the size and quality. It only took one hour to view the whole place and there were areas cornered off due to leaks in the tanks.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced. It's small but lots of interesting things to see. The reptiles were a bit creepy.

Got in at a reduced rate, as my son is disabled, and I'm his carer. You have your hand stamped, so you can go in and out as many times as you like in one day. Beautiful creatures, so much to see, Rays coming right up to the edge of the tank, Sea Horses, Octopus, beautiful colours, so many fish,... More

Not as big as I thought it would be. Lots of varieties of fish to look at. Some interesting displays on show, but not enough to keep the kids amused for more than an hour or two.

This is very small compared to others. Its too expensive for what little it offers. We went round twice with a slow walking toddler and it took less than an hour. Theedef cafe was open but had no staff so we did not get served. Give it a miss and soend your money on a personalised souvenir from the wood... More
