says can comfortably accommodate 600 people in the rooms, in reality so many cram into the one with the stage, it was hard to breathe, couldn't see much and won't be going back again. didn't feel safe and some people getting panicky with the overcrowding...

drinks prices slightly inflated as would expect of a music venue but very nice staff. security a bit frosty. we wasted time watching a support act weren't expecting then had to miss the end as trains finished early!

plus taxis tried to fleece us. locals recommended the green ones with brighton code then 204060 at end. did venue to rail station for £11 but the only other we could get thru to out of 5/6 i'd brought wanted 24 then put it down to 17 - said still too high, ridiculous and greedy!

The security behaviour in this venue is the worst I have ever seen. We went to the DnB party there, and security provided us with the misleading information, were rude from the start and behaved like they were the main people on the concert (althouhg obviously they are not). Won't ever visit Concorde 2 again.
I see that not only me but also other people leave complaints about security here on Tripadvisor and on other platforms as well. Venue management team please take action and test your security for adequacy or you will keep loosing customers and receiving 1 star reviews.

Great location and very nice people inside ..
.. but the security team outside needs medical attention and can't be let to interact with people.

They wear vests and total black during a sunny summer day, which may be a reason for imagining themselves as guards in a concentration camp, acting and communicating accordingly. Yet, it can't be just the sun, something should have been broken inside already. Sending my condolences ... but owners, action must be taken.

Excellent little music venue right on the beach under a bridge. Capacity of 600 for a gig which gives the appropriate atmosphere. If music is not your thing then you can go just for a drink at the bar. Easy to get to and good train link back to London via a 20 min walk along sea front and a main road .

Vile manager, made me feel uncomfortable while there, moved my wheelchair without saying. As soon as I mentioned licence I was quickly apologised to.

I travelled all the way from Bournemouth to attend
an event to which I say the music was fantastic!
But I was put outside supposeky for being drur ..
was not staggering or being abusive! Just tips!
The security guard would not let me in to get n
friend or even offer to go in for me! He was ver
rude I recall the conversation with him as I was
drunk! He left me vulnerable as my friend had t
paper work off the hotel! Lucky enough somec
know in there saw me & told her! I wish ! got h
security number as I think he needs to be retra
on how treats people b! If I was causing a scie
snd staggering I could understand but to treat d)
women like this is disgusting !l had heart surge.
to a few years back and he left me out in the cold!
He was really nasty I never been treated like this in
my life ! I go to alot of music events ! And this has
never happened to me before! I can see why
women get attacked if they decide to walk home!
It's very dark & alone the seafront too! As I said I
was not that drunk!

Went to see Darren Styles on his Hard generation tour. The night was great, but not happy about the advertised times.

On Skiddle, they flyer said 10pm 'till 4am.

Got there for 10pm and was turned away saying 'Skiddle was wrong, come back at 11pm'

And then, the night ended at 3am.

I'm told it was because the bar wasn't busy enough and club wasn't making enough revenue. I don't know how true this is. I had booked a taxi for 4am and had to wait about in December temperatures for an hour.

If you advertise a night for certian times, stick to them. Don't blame skiddle, if you can see they have been displayed wrong on the site/app contact skiddle and manage the issue properly.

There was another hardcore DJ playing down the road in the Volks that night. Had I have know it'd only be out for 4 hours I wouldn't have bothered with this venue.

Disgraceful policy.

The artist I purchased tickets to see live (first advertised sometime back in 2020) postponed 3 times before it was finally cancelled in 2022.

The email from Concorde today states a "refund" (not a FULL one).

From £50, they refund £45. What?

The aritst cancelled, not me!!

"We hope to see you again soon"

NO CHANCE money-grubbers
