The Rendezvous Casino Brighton has the biggest and the best gaming in town. The unique casino floor gives customers a very different but unforgettable gaming experience. Our wide variety of games include poker, blackjack, electronic slots and roulette which ensures there is something for everybody's taste. Our Waterside Restaurant offers an exciting yet intimate experience. With the restaurant overlooking the gaming floor, it's a perfect all-round night out. The casino is open 7 days a week so you can visit us anytime you like! We operate an open-door policy for customers 18 years and over (you will be asked for ID if you look under 21). Entry to the casino is free. You do not have to be a member to come in but we do offer a Met Card loyalty programme where you can earn more return on your play than with any other casino group.

On no. On what was meant to be a night out to celebrate someones birthday with a visit to the restaurant turned out to be a disaster.We had booked a Groupon deal way in advance only to turn up and the restaurant was closed. Apparently we had arrived the first night of new arrangements when the kitchen has limited opening hours, if only they had let us know to save the long journey for our guests.
The staff on duty were apologetic and said we can rearrange but I was more annoyed that we had not been notified. We decided to eat elsewhere and then returned to the Casino where they kindly offered us a drink. My only advice to others would be if you are on a deal check the booking before going.

We had an absolutely brilliant time here. Staff were excellent. Service at the bar was quick. Drink prices were reasonable. Everything was well spaced out and Covid safe.
Particular thanks needs to go to Graham. He was really good at explaining things when asked about them, which helped me understand what was going on on the table. He was also really friendly and chatty. A real asset to the place.

I thought I would take my partner here for a change for his birthday. He has never set foot inside a casino.
So when we arrived he was pleasantly surprised. The 3 course meal we had was delicious. The staff were so helpful and really polite. We had a little bet .... didn’t win but had a delightful evening. Will definitely be going back to one of the tribute nights

My wife and her friends visited the casino sat night. After waiting 25 minutes for a drink and asking multiple times for service she approached someone who looked like a manager. She asked for help getting served as no one came when they pressed the service buzzer. He said “have you been a good little girl” following the service request. He then made 2 further lewd comments which resulted in them leaving. Absolutely disgraceful for anybody to be spoken to like that let alone a 35 year old lady.

We had a fun few hours here, it’s a nice casino, well set up and the staff out on the floor were friendly. The only downside was Jone on the bar who completely ignored us. We were the only ones waiting to be served at the bar and she didn’t even acknowledge us, we waited for 5 minutes before heading back to the tables without drinks. Awful, awful customer service.

Was out with 3 mates pop in to casino to eat food was crap we all complain about the food staff unhelpful try to contact but will not ring me back bad customer service Lucky to found Mc Donald's next door

I bought this groupon deal last year & what a good deal it was. But this time not so good..... Dont get me wrong the food was amazing, but it says £5 gaming chip each which we got last year that we could use on any number....... but not this time so very disappointing, no chip just piece of paper that we could only use on odd or even...... so not such a good experience this time. Andre our waiter was fantastic and went all out to attend to us, but feel we were mis-sold with the £5 gambling chip.

I have been to this casino a lot it's a good night out me & 3 mate decided to have a night up there with a meal first was a set Menu but we did not like the look of this so went for the starters & Main meals first it was very quiet in the restaurant not a good sign the starters was ok not great like I was expecting but the mains was like a cheap Resturant we told the Waitress we was not happy with it She just like to make a joke of it Not what you expect from the casino of the standard really Upsetters next the chef come to the tabla & was not taking It seriously Just wanted an argument I feel about how good the good was luck he was not eating it. I have now contacted the Casino & was told to leave my contact details still waiting for them to get back to me not happy😡

This is a lovely way to spend and evening or Sunday afternoon. The staff are lovely and the food is very good. In particular, the Sunday lunch is a real bargain - and huge! There is a pleasant atmosphere and you can buy lovely cocktails at the bar. There is also waitress service at the gaming tables. Just set yourself a limit of what youbareprepared to lose - but of course, you may win and have a free night out:)))

Never lucky at this casino
the Grosvenor casino is much better - better games like lucky charm 6- book of ra 6 etc
the rtp is better at the grosvenor which might explain it

It is my husbands birthday and our son and daughter in law would like to try the casino to eat not sure what time they arrive in Brighton ,we are members do we have to book

We have booked up to arrive on the 1st January with gran parents and 3 children. We have got a double room and a deluxe double room will these be situated close to each other (same section)? Also would these rooms have a quite pool room view?
