Wonderful independent shops, bars and coffee stops. Lovely people with an open attitude which we found utterly refreshing. You will find all sorts of everything here, so take your time and browse away. It's an eye opener and thoroughly enjoyable. Wear walking shoes!!!!

It the place were we always take ages to walk through. Popping into shops, buying beautiful things we did not know we need, stopping for wonderful snacks and just enjoying the atmosphere. A bit part of Brighton and one of the best parts.

Lot of lovely shops with quirky bits and pieces. My fav was a fudge shop where you can see them making the fudge. Quieter on a Sunday then and Monday. Can be quite hard with a buggy

Always something to look at. Shops you won't see elsewhere. Junk shops like no others, posh shops, jewellery shops...cafes and eating places. Unmissable.
