A bar for every occasion!

Oct 2019

Quiet little joint,
Just outside the town centre,
On a quite steep hill.

Wide drink selection,
Lots of room to sit and chill,
Delicious pizzas.

Best bar staff in town,
Knowledgeable and friendly,
Warm and welcoming.

This bar has it all,
Great beer, food and atmosphere.
I will go again.

A new brew bar in kemptown

Yes there are plenty of bars in Kemptown, in Brighton, so shy review this one.

In a good bar you get three things.

Comfort
Good Service
Good Beer

You get all three in the BRIGHTON BIERHAUS

Taste as many beers as you like or ask for recommendations. they can even get a Pizza Face pizza in for you.

I have used this pub, on and off, since it reopened. Friendly and knowledgeable staff well run by a very good manager. This is the retail outlet for Brighton bierhouse brewery so much of the ale was brewed in their own place in Brighton.
Good range of quality beers ales stouts etc all well kept. Nice log fire when its chilly, dog friendly and all the big sporting events shown. They have an arrangement with an outside caterer to deliver food for consumption on the premises as they dont have a kitchen.
Good mix of ages and genders, mostly 30 to 70 but not always.
One suggestion - put some cushions on the chairs and bar stools to make it a bit more comfy, please.

Gem of a pub

A welcome new addition to Brighton, excellent choice of beer at fair prices and very helpful staff. Only real downside is it's a small pub so can get pretty busy.
