We offer a range of massage treatments in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Through massage and Yoga and Pilates classes we can help you to improve and together we will find a way to work, to relax, to release and to heal. The studio comprises a private massage room as well as a multi-purpose body training studio. In addition we have a free meditation session 9.30 am Monday - Thursday.

Amazing service and therapy

On a business visit to Brighton, I booked a session with Pedro. It was an incredible massage and is very highly recommended!! Will be back again for sure when I'm next in Brighton.

Truly amazing! Finally found a cure for my tense shoulders

I have been struggling with tense shoulders due to stress for 15 years so regularly book myself in for a deep tissue massage. I tend to find the results are good but they are only short term, however, this all changed when I went to see Pedro at Aunion.

The treatment I had was not just a one off deep tissue massage. Pedro analysed my posture, identified the root cause of the issue, located where it stemmed from and then began with a treatment plan. He gave me a combination of sports/deep tissue massage, acupuncture and stretching and he also provided me with tips and techniques to continue in my own time.

I won’t lie some of the stretching and deep tissue massage is painful but I felt absolutely amazing after the treatment and for a longer period of time.

Pedro has a very unique talent and I could not recommend him enough and to top it off he is just such a lovely person.

I would suggest going for a course rather than a one off treatment to truly get the benefits. Thank you Pedro, I cannot thank you enough, you are truly amazing!
